I inspire midlife women to prioritize self-love and live with confidence
The chaos and noise of the morning routine has finally come to a lull. You got everyone to where they needed to be with all of the keys, instruments, and sports equipment required for the day.
Now, in the first moment of peace, since you woke up this morning, you’re staring out the window imagining what it will be like when the day finally arrives that you feel genuinely happy and fulfilled with your life.
You’ve been daydreaming like this for decades.
What it will be like when your body looks just the way you want it to. When your marriage is as passionate and loving as you know it can be. When you finally have the carefree attitude of a woman with time and financial freedom.
The problem is … the daydreaming isn’t cutting it.
A fire has been lit inside of you since you arrived at the threshold of midlife and you’re ready to make some changes.
You just need someone to show you how.
Look no further my love … that is exactly what I’m all about!
My name is Jayleen Magill and I am the voice behind Your Next 40 Years. I am an herbalist, a mother of three and I have a degree in psychology.
I lived with anxiety and panic disorder for 30 years. And, was chronically overwhelmed and unhappy.
When I was staring down the barrel of my 40th birthday I realized that I had to make some serious changes in my life if I wanted to finally reach that coveted feeling of happiness that I had been chasing. Not to mention finally evict that bitch anxiety from my mind.
So, I have been on a soul journey ever since. I have learned some amazing things along the way and am finally starting to feel truly grounded and joyful about my life.
I started Your Next 40 Years to help other women do the same!
Here, you will receive permission to practice self-care and self-love through intentional living without guilt. I will help you learn ways to shift your mindset so that nothing stands in your way. And, inspire you to design a life that brings you happiness and fulfillment.
It’s time to step out from behind the veil of daydreaming and start making yourself a priority in Your Next 40 Years.
