Tinfoil dinners are easily one of my favorite ways to get the family fed. Not only can I make a beautiful and healthy meal – but, the clean up is nearly nothing!

Our family is a bit divided when it comes to dinnertime. I am paleo, my daughter is vegetarian, and my husband and boys are just picky eaters

So, when I put a few tinfoil dinners together on one baking sheet and stick it in the oven, that is a total win! 

Feeding my family a good clean diet is very important to me. They don’t always eat it – but, making the effort and setting the example is a priority. 

Anything that I can do to make the process less work and take less time – I’m totally on board with. 

I would much rather be reading the boys a story or painting my daughter’s nails while our tinfoil dinners are in the oven.
